Stabilizing fertilizer production: The notice requires China National Petroleum Corporation, China Petrochemical Corporation, China National Offshore Oil Corporation and other companies to earnestly fulfill the signed natural gas supply contracts to ensure the gas demand of fertilizer manufacturers; The fertilizer companies that are responsible for the peak have implemented a policy of interruptible gas prices.
Fertilizer production companies that use coal as raw materials should take advantage of the current low coal prices to increase operating rates and ensure supply of goods.
Power grid companies must make every effort to ensure the electricity needs of fertilizer production companies.
? Strengthening transportation security: We must attach great importance to strengthening railway transportation of chemical fertilizers during spring ploughing.
Industry associations should strengthen communication with economic operation regulation, railways and other departments, and timely reflect information on fertilizer transportation needs.
The railway department should properly organize and arrange transportation capacity, and give priority to guaranteeing the main producing areas of nitrogen fertilizer in North China and Inner Mongolia, the main producing areas of potash fertilizer in Qinghai and Xinjiang, and the transportation needs of phosphate fertilizer in Southwest China.
At the same time, actively support the transportation of coal, phosphate rock and other raw materials required for fertilizer production.
