16 regulations for laying wires and cables when installing instrument lines:

    1.
The ambient temperature when laying the instrument cable should not be lower than the following temperature values:

    1) Plastic insulated cable 0°C;

    2) Rubber insulated cable -15°C
    .

    2.
The laying of cables should be reasonably arranged and should not be crossed; Friction between cables and between cables and other hard objects should be avoided when laying; When fixing, the tightening should be appropriate
    .

    3.
The bending radius of plastic insulated and rubber insulated multi-core control cables should not be less than 10 times
    of their outer diameter.
The bending radius of the power cable should comply with the relevant provisions
of the current national standard "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Cable Lines for Electrical Installation Engineering" GB50168-92.

    4.
When the instrument cable and the power cable are cross-laid, it should be at a right angle; When laid in parallel, the distance between them should comply with the design
    documents.

    5
    .
In the cable channel, AC power line and instrument signal line should be separated by metal partition.

    6.
When the cable is laid along the bracket, it should be tied and fixed to prevent the cable from loosening
    .

    7.
The net distance between the instrument signal line laid clearly and the electrical equipment with strong magnetic field and strong electrostatic field should be greater than 1.
50m; when shielded cable or metal protection pipe is used and laid in the metal cable channel with cover, it should be greater than 0.
    80m
    .

    8.
When the cable is laid in the tunnel or channel, it should be laid on the bracket or in the
    cable channel.

    9.
After the cable is laid, the two ends should be made as cable heads
    .

    10.
When making cable heads, the insulation tape should be dry, clean, no wrinkles, and no gaps between layers; When the shielding grounding wire is withdrawn, the insulation should not be damaged; In wet or oily locations, there should be corresponding moisture-proof and oil-proof measures
    .

    11.
The cable laying of the integrated control system and digital communication line should meet the requirements
of design documents and product technical documents.

    12.
The special cable attached to the equipment should be laid according to the instructions in the product technical documents
    .

    13
    .
The compensation wire should be laid through the protective pipe or in the cable channel, and should not be laid directly in the ground.

    14.
When the switch or cold junction temperature compensator is not used between the compensation wire and the measuring instrument, it is advisable to connect the compensation wire and the instrument directly
    .

    15.
When wiring the compensation wire in the middle or terminal, it shall not be connected to the wrong polarity
    .

    16.
Instrument signal lines, instrument power supply lines, safety interlocking lines, compensation wires, intrinsically safe instrument lines and other special instrument lines shall adopt their own protection tubes
    .
