    Production principle

    There are many synthetic methods for 2,5-dichlorobenzoic acid
    .

    (1) Chloromethylation method
    .


    It is obtained by the action of p-dichlorobenzene and paraformaldehyde , and then oxidation by potassium permanganate


    (2) Trichlorobenzene method
    .


    Using 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene as a raw material, 2,5-dichlorobenzonitrile is prepared and then obtained by alkaline hydrolysis


    (3) Phosgene method
    .


    By the reaction of p-dichlorobenzene and phosgene, 2,5-dichlorobenzoyl chloride is obtained, which is then obtained by hydrolysis


    (4) Benzoyl chloride method
    .


    It is obtained by chlorination and hydrolysis of benzoyl chloride


    The chlorination temperature of benzoyl chloride is controlled at 35-45°C, and the main component of the obtained chloride is 2,5-dichlorobenzoyl chloride (content 65%)
