May 27, 2015 China (Tianjin Binhai) Building Waterproof Innovation and Technology Forum was held in Tianjin High-tech Zone Future Science and Technology City. Domestic building waterproof industry experts, construction units, design institutes, and related business representatives and other nearly 200 people gathered in Longhu, around China's construction waterproof industry innovation and development issues to exchange and discuss, in order to promote scientific and technological innovation, and comprehensively enhance the level of the industry. Zhu Dongqing, chairman of the China Building Waterproofing Association, Yu Xiangyu, director of the Tianjin High-rise District Management Committee, jiang Lichao, chairman of the Binhai New Area Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and other leaders attended and delivered speeches. Zhu Dongqing said that building waterproof materials, as the basic materials for construction, are important functional products related to the national economy and people's livelihood, and the quality of building waterproofing is related to structural safety and the well-being of the people. It is hoped that this forum can make the quality standards of the building waterproof industry more standardized and promote the sound development of the industry. In his speech, Yu briefed on the economic and social development of Tianjin High-tech Zone, especially the construction of the National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone, which is currently being vigorously promoted, and the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Fujian. He said that the convening of the forum has created a good opportunity for the development of waterproofing of buildings in high-rise areas. High-tech zone will take advantage of this opportunity to help enterprises develop benignly, improve the level of waterproofing technology, professional ethics and national moral level. During the event, Industry experts such as Ye Lin standard of Beijing Institute of Construction Engineering, Zhu Zhiyuan of Suzhou Waterproof Research Institute, Cai Zhaoxuan of China Metallurgical Research Institute and Han Lili of Beijing Academy of Garden Science gave speeches on the latest technology and development trends in the fields of underground waterproofing engineering, roofing waterproofing technology, and metal roof waterproofing technology. Tianjin Binhai Aotai Waterproof Materials Co., Ltd. introduced the company's polymer waterproof coil construction supporting system and application cases to the participants.
