    8, wet and dry film thickness ratio to determine the volume of liquid coating solid content calculation method
    abstract: according to the dry and wet film thickness ratio to calculate the volume of liquid coating solid content is the simplest and quickest way to measure liquid coating volume solid content. This paper analyzes the problems existing in conventional wet film preparation and dry film measurement, introduces a method of measuring the basic structure and use method of measuring the volume of flat epidural liquid coating solid sub-test scraper, and derives from the model the method of calculating the volume solid fraction of liquid coating by measuring the thickness ratio of wet and dry film, using GB/T9272-2007 (ISO3233:1998) and "formula" respectively. The estimation method "comparative detection, the volume solid content of liquid coatings measured by this scraper and method has high reliability, has simple, fast, convenient and high accuracy, and is suitable for the determination of the volume solid content of supercritical volume concentration coatings (CPVC), ultra-low viscosity coatings and pigment easy-to-sink separation coatings, which has practical application significance for coating research and production, coating management, coating cost control.

    9, liquid chromatography-series mass spectrometrometrometrometrometrical determination of 5 kinds of isopyrosterone bio-killer agents in water-based coatings
    Summary: established and optimized the detection methods of 5 isopyrosterone bio-killer agents in water-based coatings . Parameters such as subions, fracture voltages and collision energy were optimized with Optimizer optimization software. The effects of the content of foric acid and ammonium acetate, the flow phase gradient extermination procedure, capillary voltage, dry air flow rate, atomizer pressure, acceleration voltage, dry gas temperature and other parameters on mass spectrometry response were examined. Samples with a volume fraction of 50% methanol aqueous solution or methanol in the capacity bottle after dilution, stirring and ultrasound extraction, extraction of the liquid after centrifugal separation, filtration membrane, with liquid chromatography - series mass spectrometrometrometrometromety testing. The experimental results showed that the standard curve linear relationship between the five isoprasones was good in the concentration range of 98 times the dilution, and the detection limit of the method was 0.0013 to 0.42 mg/kg. The recovery rate of blank sample mark-up was between 86.73% and 93.60%, and the deviation from the standard was 2.3% to 5.8%.
