Through the recommendation of the competent authority or by self-registration, the organizer conducts on-site inspections of the applicants, and the jury reviews and evaluates the application materials, and selects candidates for the "2019 Shandong Chemical Industry Star Unit".
A combination of public voting and expert review is adopted for candidate units, with public voting accounting for 50% and expert voting accounting for 50%.
Public voting adopts two methods, written and electronic, and the public voluntarily chooses.
Written ballots were published in the semi-monthly magazine of "Shandong Chemical Industry" in 2019.
