FranceAgriMer maintained the forecast data of soft wheat exports from France to third countries in 2020/21 unchanged, still at 7.
55 million tons, a decrease of 44% from the previous year's record of 13.

Catherine Cauchard, director of the French AgriMer's crop monitoring service center, said that for this year's harvest, rain has returned to help stabilize the wheat and barley crops.
In April, the weather was dry and frost fell again, causing a significant decline in crop conditions.
Inadequate rainfall is still worrying, including corn that has just been sown.
However, the condition of wheat and barley crops must be closely monitored to prevent signs of frost damage from showing up later.
