In 2016, the German Greenpeace Group scored the hazard scores of 520 active ingredients currently approved on the EU market, and finally decided to include 209 active pesticide ingredients on the blacklist, and proposed to phase out the blacklisted ingredients in three batches.

    .
It is reported that the "pesticide blacklist" takes into account additional hazard evaluation criteria, updates existing data and supplements new materials
    .
More standards, such as the toxicity of pesticides to aquatic organisms and beneficial organisms, have also been added to the environmental impact assessment
    .
The new standard system is also used to judge the environmental fate of pesticides, such as the half-life, leaching potential and volatility in plants
    .
The blacklist scoring system is shown in the following table: ????????????????????????????? Table 1? The 2016 blacklist scoring system*: None The pesticide points of the data are all 5
    .
    **: BL means being blacklisted
    .
The blacklist contains 209 pesticide active ingredients, accounting for about 40% of all authorized pesticides in the EU
    .
Among these pesticides, 173 pesticides have at least one category of high toxicity, and they meet the blacklist cut-off criteria
    .
Among the 173 pesticides, 35 active ingredients meet at least one health cut-off standard, 62 active ingredients meet at least 2 of the six selected environmental standards, and 76 active ingredients meet the hygiene and environmental cut-off standards
    .
These 173 active ingredients plus 36 active ingredients with higher scores are exactly 209 active ingredients on the blacklist
    .
????? Table 2 List of 36 pesticide active ingredients with the highest points?????? Greenpeace recommends that 209 pesticide active ingredients on the blacklist be phased out in three steps: (1) The first step Phasing out 111 pesticides that have at least one "cut-off criteria" for human health toxicities; (2) The second step is to phase out 62 pesticides that meet at least 2 environmental hazards "cut-off criteria"; (3) The third step is to eliminate the remaining 36 pesticides that have been blacklisted because of their high total points
