December 28th, 0-24 hours, 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 27 new confirmed cases, of which 12 cases were imported from abroad (Shanghai 4 cases, Sichuan 3 cases, Tianjin 1 case, Inner Mongolia 1 case, Fujian 1 case, Henan 1 case, Guangdong 1 case), 15 local cases (8 cases in Liaoning, 7 cases in Beijing);
18 new cases were cured and discharged from hospital on the same day, and 547 close contacts were released from medical observation, with the number of serious cases the same as the previous day.
265 confirmed cases (of which 3 were serious cases) were imported from outside China, and there were no existing suspected cases. A total of 4230 confirmed cases, a total of 3965 cases of cured discharge, no deaths.
