A delegation from the China Building Waterproofing Association visited Russia.

At the invitation of the Russian Roofing Engineering Association and Tai and Nico, a delegation of 17 members of the China Building Waterproofing Association visited Russia on July 2-9, 2015. The delegation met with the Russian Roofing Engineering Association and held friendly talks with its Chairman, Mr. Alexander, in which the two sides introduced the waterproofing market and trends in their respective countries, learned about product structures and applications of waterproof engineering, and exchanged views on areas of common concern, in particular the vocational skills training of workers, and explored the possibility of cooperation. The Russian Association encouraged the China Waterproof Association to host the 2018 World Roofing Young Workers Vocational Skills Competition and shared Russia's experience in hosting the 2009 International Competition. The delegation visited Te and Nico, Russia's largest manufacturer of waterproof and roofing materials, and received a warm reception from the Chairman, Mr. Sergei. Tyco is one of the largest manufacturers of waterproof, roofing and insulation materials in Europe, with an annual value of more than US$1.8 billion, 40 plants in Russia, CIS and Europe, offices in 48 countries and 6,500 employees. The delegation visited four plants in Tai and Nico, located in the city of 3 Zan. Rock cotton factory: there are 3 annual production capacity of 100,000 tons of fully automated rock cotton production line, all imported from Europe, each production line 14 workers / class, workshop all epoxy floor, clean and tidy, dust-free, a modern scene; Factory: a full set of the introduction of the United States Adi company's fully automatic lamination tile production line, production line more than 100 meters long, line speed of up to 200 meters / minute, annual production capacity of 40-50 million square meters, production line asphalt flue gas and sand powder Dust treatment is very successful, up to 200 degrees of asphalt oil coating device next to, almost no asphalt flue gas overflow, high-speed blaster next to no dust, the whole line only 6 workers / class; Production capacity of 12 million square meters, all imported from Europe, there are advanced ingredients and premixed system, the use of double extruder or three extruder, two-position dual-mode process, can produce reinforced, uniform quality and other types of PVC waterproof coils. Squeeze insulation board factory: 2 introduced to Europe's extruded plate production line, the production of XPS polystyrene foaming insulation board. Members of the delegation also visited the training centres of Ty and Nico, which have 14 training centres and provide 10 basic trainings, with 11,000 trainings per year. Members of the delegation were shocked and appreciated the level of modern equipment and management at the Ty and Nico plants. The delegation held extensive discussions with Ty and Nico in a number of groups to explore the possibility of cooperation in a wide range of areas. The delegation's visit to Russia was a complete success and it returned to Beijing at the end of its visit on 10 July.
