A food safety risk assessment meeting was held in Spain

Food Partners Network News Spain's Food Safety and Nutrition Agency announced on November 27th, November 25th, the agency's scientific committee held the 73rd plenary meeting.
the conference was held in video format and discussed ten risk assessment reports on risks in the chemical, microbiological and nutritional fields, as well as the safety of the use of different processing aids.
The Scientific Committee is the body responsible for risk assessment of the Spanish Food Safety and Nutrition Authority (AESAN), whose responsibilities include providing scientific assessment advice to AESAN, determining the scope of research, and coordinating the work of the Risk Assessment Expert Group, in addition to identifying and assessing emergency food safety risks.
