Objectives : Since previous studies have demonstrated altered metabolism in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) fibroblast-like synoviocytes (FLS) , this study aimed to identify genome-wide staining in genes associated with nutrient transporters Whether changes in qualitative and DNA status help identify metabolic pathways in activated RA FL.

Methods : Data from previous comprehensive epigenomic studies in FLS were analyzed to identify differences in genome-wide status and gene transcription between RA and osteoarthriti.
