    Objectives Objective : Hypoxia occurs at sites of tumor, infection and inflammation, such as affected joints in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA.


    It reduces inflammation and increases bone resorption in inflammatory arthritis by enhancing osteoclastogenesi.


    Results : In human osteoclast precursor cells, RANKL induced the expression of LSD1 in a rapamycin-dependent manne.


    Conclusions: LSD1 metabolically regulates osteoclastogenesis in an energy-requiring inflammatory environme.
