    The State Food and Drug Administration also conducts routine inspections of these franchise establishments.
    Offenders who repackage food in unlicensed premises are liable to a fine of up to US$5,000 upon conviction, and to a fine of up to US$10,000 or up to three months’ imprisonment for the second or subsequent convictions, or both Both.
