    The key technology for the preparation of phosphoric acid by double-reverse flotation of medium and low-grade collophosphate ore and reconstruction of calcium sulfate hydrated crystal phase has recently won the first prize of the 2021 China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation Science and Technology Progress Award


    China's high-alumina, medium- and low-grade collophosphate ore has many impurities and complex occurrence states, and traditional beneficiation processes are difficult to separate and enrich, making it difficult for this type of resource to be used as a raw material for phosphoric acid production


    In response to the above-mentioned key problems, the R&D team has innovatively developed three technologies: First, the new technology of pre-concentration and double-reverse flotation dealumination and magnesium removal of low- and medium-grade refractory colloidal phosphate rock has been developed, and the world's first set of low- and medium-grade glue has been built.
