    ACR 2021: A meta-analysis of pregnancy outcomes in Behcet's disease

    Behcet's disease is a systemic inflammatory disease, usually manifested by the onset of acute inflammation, oral and genital ulcers, uveitis, and skin damage


    Method: We used Medline, Web of Science, and Cochrane Library to conduct a systematic review of the literature from the beginning to March 26, 2021

    Results: A total of 6638 studies were identified, of which 16 were included


    result:

    Conclusion: Approximately one-quarter of patients experienced deterioration of Behcet’s disease-related symptoms during pregnancy, one-tenth of patients were born prematurely, and nearly one-quarter of patients were delivered by caesarean section
