In order to completely close the loophole, in September this year, the National Health and Health Commission issued a document to clearly establish a negative list management system for the clinical application of medical technology, to prohibit the clinical application of medical technology to implement negative list management, some medical technology needs strict supervision of the key management. Negative lists compress the approval authority of medical institutions, and a technology can no longer be used by any institution as long as it is included in the negative list.
