On December 24, 2021, the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council announced the sixth time-exemption list of goods subject to tariffs on the United States and Canada, and the products listed in the Tax Commission Announcement [2020] No.
10 and Tax Commission Announcement [2021] No.
From December 26, 2021 to December 31, 2021, we will continue to refrain from imposing the tariffs that I have imposed to counter the US 301 measures
.

And the above-mentioned commodities after the expiration of the validity period on December 31 are converted into the 2022 version of the "Harmonized Commodity Name and Coding System" tariff annex, from January 1, 2022 to June 30, 2022.

According to the Announcement of the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council on the List of the Second Exclusion and Extension of the Tariff Commodities to the U.

and Canada (Tax Committee Announcement [2020] No.
10) and the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council on the Fourth Exclusion and Extension List of the Tariffs to the U.
S.
and Canada Announcement” (Announcement [2021] No.
5 of the Taxation Committee), the second exclusion and extension list of goods subject to tariffs on the United States and Canada and the fourth exclusion and extension list of goods subject to tariffs on the United States and Canada will expire on December 25, 2021
.
The Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council decides in accordance with procedures to extend the exclusion period for relevant commodities

The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

From December 26, 2021 to December 31, 2021, the commodities listed in the Tax Commission Announcement [2020] No.
10 and the Tax Commission Announcement [2021] No.
5 will continue to be exempted from additional levies on the products listed in the “I for Countermeasures” US 301 tariffs imposed by the measures
.
From January 1, 2022 to June 30, 2022, the goods listed in the annex will continue to be exempted from the tariffs I have imposed to counter the US Section 301 measures
.
