In order to solve the technical problems of high temperature resistance of cable assemblies in the industry, 203 designers innovatively use special materials with high temperature resistance characteristics to overcome the high temperature resistance defects
of common materials in a specific use environment.
At the same time, the insulation support of the connector adopts ceramic substrate, which ensures the high temperature resistance of the connector product through optimized design and material selection, and lays the foundation
for the successful development of cable assemblies that are resistant to 1000 °C.
From material selection to optimization design, the accuracy of the connector has reached high precision, thus ensuring the electrical performance index
of the designed connector.
In the assembly process of cable assemblies, solder soldering is no longer used, because common solder soldering will start to melt
when the temperature reaches about 200°C.
In order to make the designed cable assembly achieve high temperature resistance technical requirements, laser welding is used in the assembly, and the connector and coaxial cable are well integrated through instantaneous high temperature to complete the assembly
of the entire cable assembly.
