April 16, 2018, Beijing - Agilent Technologies (NYSE: A) filed a civil lawsuit against Changzhou Panuo Instruments Co.

and a former Agilent employee for infringement of Agilent's trade secrets and computer software copyrights, asking the court to ban Defendant uses Agilent's proprietary technology and ceases to infringe software copyright
