    Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a common functional gastrointestinal disorder with symptoms including abdominal pain and changes


     

     

     

    The researchers randomly divided 52 IBS-C patients into two groups: daily TEA treatment maintenance for 4 weeks (n = 26) and daily maintenance of sham TEA treatment for 4 weeks (n = 26).


     

     

     

     

    The results of the study showed that after TEA treatment, the symptoms of constipation and abdominal pain improved significantly


     

     

     

    This study confirmed that TEA improves constipation and symptoms
