    On the 24th, AkzoNobel confirmed receipt of a third unilateral and conditional offer from PPG Industrial Group. The offer is for all of AkzoNobel's capital.     AkzoNobel said the company would evaluate PPG Industries Inc's third unsolicited offer in accordance with Dutch regulations.
