    January 3, 2020, Canadian home care software company AlyaCare announced a strategic acquisition of care services company Procura for an unannoled amount.Procura is the world's leading provider of community, aged and disability care software and solutions, founded in 1989 and headquartered in Victoria, Canada, serving the United States, Canada, Australia and other countries, with offices in Chicago, Illinois, Boca Raton, Florida, Sydney, New South Wales, Melbourne, Victoria and Brisbane, and is a subsidiary of Complia Health, a U.S. care provider.Since its inception, Procura has been building care solutions in the cloud that span all care points in the elderly, community and disability sectors. The company says its services are effective in improving office efficiency, coordinating clinical care delivery, and providing customers with low-cost, high-quality care. To date, Procura has served more than 2,300 customer sites, managing 45,000 beds per day.Upon completion of this acquisition, AlayaCare intends to expand its service platform with Procura's world-leading solutions, focusing on providing customers with a better care experience.
