    Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is one of the most serious fatty liver disease, its incidence rising, it has gradually become a common chronic liver disease.

    This retrospective cohort study included non-obese individuals, and all participants participated in the annual health check-ups conducted in Tokyo, Japan from 2008 to 2018.


     

     

    The results of the study showed that of the 27,064 non-obese participants (with a total of 142,699 person-years of follow-up time), 2,895 were diagnosed with NAFLD.
