It is reported that according to the EPC engineering agreement, Sany Heavy Industry is responsible for the production, transportation, guidance and installation and guidance of commissioning of 25 sets of wind turbines and ancillary equipment required for the construction of the project; Shandong Power Construction is responsible for the design, installation construction, completion and quality assurance of the on-site installation of the project
