Amtech Systems today announced that its solar subsidiary, Tempress Systems (Tempress), has received orders for its current-generation high-throughput quantum diffusion system for high-efficiency N' solar cell production

As a leader in the mass production of high-efficiency N-type solar cells, this customer is highly regarded
in the industry.
The order includes our latest generation diffusion system, priced at more than $6 million
.
Amtech's CEO said, "In a highly competitive market, we will continue to focus on advancing our technology solutions to meet the market's goals of improving production processes, upgrading production lines, increasing efficiency and reducing total costs despite the challenging
environment for new solar orders.
