L-Arabic sugar, also known as L (-) - gum aldehyde sugar, L (plus) - acetose, fructose, etc. , the English name is L-Arabinose. As an emerging healthy sugar, L-Arab sugar needs a process that is recognized and accepted by the people and the world. In order to better understand L-Arab sugar, Jinan Sanquan Tang and Tang Biotech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tang and Tang") commissioned the Beijing Institute of Nutrition Sources to carry out a research experiment on L-Arab sugar, the main efficacy of L-Arab sugar was analyzed, the experimental results show that the efficacy of L-Arab sugar is mainly reflected in the following four aspects.
, L-Arabic sugar blocks sugar absorption at the source. Diet is the only source of blood sugar in the body, the body ingested food to reach the small intestine must be under the action of glycoside enzymes to be broken down into glucose, and sugar is only broken down into glucose can be absorbed into the blood cell mucous membranes into the blood, forming blood sugar. It can be said that the strength of glycoside enzymes in the small intestine is an important factor in determining blood sugar levels.
The experimental data commissioned by Tang and Tang at the Beijing Institute of Nutritional Sources show that L-Arabic sugar blocks the production of blood sugar at the source by inhibiting the activity of glycoside enzymes in the small intestine, preventing food from becoming glucose and further converting it into blood sugar, but through the digestive tract through the urinary tract and out of the body (see Figure 1).
Tang and Tang, in cooperation with the Beijing Institute of Nutrition Sources, explore the practical application of L-Arab sugar in pre-packaged foods sold in sugary markets, and the size of L-Arab sugar in different sugary foods is: almond dew, Wang Laoji herbal tea, silver eight-bao porridge, vitamin milk powder, white rabbit milk sugar, good Liyou egg yolk pie oreo chocolate original sandwich cookies. In terms of possible effective dosage, for almond dew and Wang Laoji herbal tea, L-Arab sugar is added to 1% sucrose content, which has a good inhibitory effect on glucose production (greater than 60%), and in other foods, when L-Arab sugar is added to about 5% to 10% sucrose content, the glucose production inhibition rate is close to 50%.
, repair skeletal muscles and activate the body's own blood glucose control system. Skeletal muscle is the cross-sectional muscle attached to the bone across the joint, is the dynamic organ of human movement, it can be said that almost every activity of the human body is done through the contraction of skeletal muscle. Skeletal muscle and human blood sugar levels are closely related, 85% of the body's blood sugar through skeletal muscle utilization into energy and physical strength, is the key place for the human body to use sugar; Skeletal muscles are called the body's own blood glucose control system because they help smooth blood sugar.
normal human skeletal muscle is composed of red muscle fiber and white muscle fiber, in which the red muscle fiber responsible body most of the energy consumption and storage, and white muscle fiber almost no demand for blood sugar. The reason why the skeletal muscle of diabetics is weakened, is because the red muscle fiber decreased and white muscle fiber increased, can not normally store and use blood sugar, clinical manifestations of the patient's weakness, fatigue, and blood sugar suddenly high and low, large fluctuations.
L-Arabic sugar can effectively repair the skeletal muscle of diabetics, increase the proportion of red muscle fiber, so that skeletal muscle gradually strong, thereby improving the utilization of blood sugar. After the skeletal muscle is strengthened, the fatigue and fatigue of diabetic patients will also be improved, and then activate the body's own blood glucose control system, to achieve the effect of balancing blood sugar.
third, increase the content of high-density lipoprotein. High-density lipoprotein, known as the body's "blood vessel scavenger", is a beneficial lipid substance in the body's blood that cleans up lipids in the blood and reduces blood viscosity. In addition, HDL prevents oxidation of LDL (LDL oxidation can be deposited on the walls of blood vessels, causing atherosclerosis), and in 1985 Dr. Brown of the United States won a Nobel Prize for discovering the important function of HDL.
L-Arabic sugar is the only substance that has been tested by the CDC's functional validation of acetaldehyde, which can effectively improve LDL. Experiments have shown that L-Arabic sugar can increase the HDL content by 20%, thus cleaning up blood lipids and reducing blood viscosity, so as to prevent the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases and other lesions.
data from Kagoshima University in Japan showed a significant decrease in triglycerides in serum after intake of L-Arabic sugar. When the L-Arabic sugar content was 2.5% sucrose, the triglycerides content was significantly reduced on the 10th, to 50% of the control group on the 20th and to 64% of the control group on the 30th.
, increase the content of organic acids in the blind intestine. Experimental data show that when L-Arab sugar is compounded with sucrose, different proportions of L-Arabic sugar can promote a significant increase in total organic acid in the blind intestine. In the 1% L-Arab sugar group, total organic acids have increased significantly since the 10th and have been increased to the 30th day. In the 2.5% L-Arab sugar group, the total organic acid content increased to 1.9 times, 2.5 times and 2.7 times in the control group on the 10th, 20th and 30th days. The main organic acids in the blind intestine are acetic acid, propylene acid, butyric acid, lactic acid, sulphate and folic acid, and compared with other organic acids, the increase in sumic acid, acetate and lactic acid caused by L-Arabic sugar is more significant.
