Recently, the State Food and Drug Administration issued a notice ordering Anhui Union Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. to fully recall the problem products.
The State Administration of Food and Drug Administration pointed out in the notice, through monitoring found that Anhui Union Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. produced sodium cytophosphocholine injection (lot number 131229) in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, 2 cases of adverse drug reactions, patients after taking drugs appear cold, fever and other symptoms.
notice pointed out that in November 2014, Anhui Union Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. produced sodium cytophosphocholine injections (lot numbers 131228 and 131229) in Guangxi and Henan, the General Administration has asked the Anhui Provincial Food and Drug Administration to order enterprises to immediately recall the batch of drugs, thoroughly investigate the cause of violations of the law. And this time there are adverse drug reactions, indicating that the product has not been all recalled, the enterprise has not implemented the main responsibility for drug safety, serious violations of the Drug Administration Law and the Drug Recall Management Measures.
General Administration of Food and Drug Administration of Anhui Province immediately ordered enterprises to thoroughly check the flow of the products involved, to follow up to the end, to ensure that all the products in question recalled, and to supervise the destruction;
