In accordance with the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and the Administrative Measures for Sampling and Inspection of Food Safety, the relevant information related to the recent food safety supervision and sampling inspection of the Market Supervision Administration is hereby announced as follows:

Overall situation: The supervision and sampling information of this announcement involves 344 batches of samples of 11 major categories of food, such as beverages, pastries, dairy products, soy products, aquatic products, fruit products, and condiments
.
Among them, 5 batches of edible agricultural products and 3 batches of catering food samples were found to be unqualified
.

1 batch of unqualified ginger was mainly found, and clothianidin and thiamethoxam exceeded the standard; 1 batch of unqualified chicken, detected that nicarbazine exceeded the standard; 1 batch of unqualified rock sugar orange, bifenthrin was detected to exceed the standard; 1 batch of oil used in the unqualified frying process, and the polar components were detected to exceed the standard; 2 batches of unqualified pike crabs were found to exceed the standard of cadmium; 1 batch each of unqualified small disc and noodle bowl, anionic synthetic detergent and coliform
bacteria were detected, respectively.
For unqualified food found in supervision and sampling, local market supervision departments have carried out verification and disposal work
in accordance with law.
