In accordance with the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the Measures for the Administration of Food Safety Sampling and Inspection, etc., the relevant information on the recent food safety supervision and sampling of the Market Supervision Administration is announced as follows: Overall situation: The supervision and sampling information of this announcement totals 182 batches, 172 batches of qualified samples for sampling and inspection items, and 10 batches of non-conforming samples.
Among them, 39 batches of edible agricultural products, 3 batches of non-conformity; 35 batches of condiments, 1 batch of non-conformity; 32 batches of edible oil, grease and its products, 2 batches of non-conformity; 30 batches of sugar, 2 batches of non-conformity; 28 batches of starch and starch products, 1 batch of non-conformity; 1 batch of frozen food, 1 batch of non-conformity.
In this sampling, edible agricultural products to lead (in Pb), acid price, polybacterial spirit, enemy insects, propylene cyclo, kbwei, etc. mainly;
mainly found unqualified black sesame 3 batches, all detected acid price exceeding the standard; unqualified fennel halogen (three years old), hardcry white sugar laurel cake (frozen rice products) each 1 batch, all detected the total number of bacteria exceeded the standard;
For the supervision of non-conforming food found in the sampling, our bureau has asked the municipal and regional market regulatory authorities to carry out verification and disposal, urging food production operators to take off-shelf storage, recall of unqualified food and other measures to control food safety risks, troubleshoot the causes of the problem and carry out rectification.
