Recently, the Sichuan Provincial Market Supervision Administration organized sampling inspections for food safety supervision , sampling potatoes and puffed food , condiments , sugar , vegetable products, starch and starch products , wine, edible agricultural products , canned food , catering food, quick-frozen food , and aquatic products , water fruit products , food processed products, biscuits , instant food , egg products , roasted food and nut products, confectionery products, soy products , bee products , pastries, tea and related products, dairy products , beverages, meat products , frozen drinks , Special dietary food, edible oil, Oils and fats and their products in 2025 batches of 28 major food categories, 79 batches of samples were found to be unqualified.
The main problems found were excessive biotoxins, excessive residues of banned and restricted agricultural and veterinary drugs, illegal use of food additives, and substandard quality indicators.

For the unqualified food found in the random inspection, the Provincial Market Supervision Administration has instructed Chengdu, Panzhihua, Luzhou, Deyang, Mianyang, Guangyuan, Suining, Neijiang, Leshan, Nanchong, Yibin, and Guang'an to The Market Supervision Administration of City, Dazhou City, Bazhong City, Ya'an City, Meishan City, Ziyang City, Ganzi Prefecture, Liangshan Prefecture immediately organized the inspection and disposal, supervised the food production enterprises to find out the product flow, and took off the shelves to recall substandard products, etc.
Measures are taken to control risks; violations of laws and regulations shall be dealt with strictly in accordance with the law; risk prevention and control measures taken by the enterprise and the verification and handling conditions shall be disclosed to the public in a timely manner
