　　Recently, market supervision and Provincial Administration Bureau of Food Safety Supervision and sampling , extracting food additives , water, fruit products , food processed, potato and puffed food , wine , tea and related products, beverages , cakes , edible agricultural products , spices , meat Products , catering food , soy products , bee products , quick-frozen food , edible oil , fats and their products, dairy products , vegetable products, starch and starch products2,835 batches of 27 categories of food, including canned food, sugar, aquatic products, roasted seeds and nuts products, egg products, convenience foods, biscuits, and health foods, were detected.
36 batches of samples were found to be unqualified

The main problems found were the detection of biological toxins, substandard quality indicators, over-range food additives, over-limit usage, over-standard heavy metals, microbial contamination, and over-standard residues of banned and restricted veterinary drugs
.

 

　　For the unqualified food found in the random inspection, the Provincial Market Supervision Administration has instructed Chengdu, Luzhou, Deyang, Mianyang, Guangyuan, Suining, Neijiang, Nanchong, Yibin, Guang'an, Dazhou, and Ya'an.
The Market Supervision Administration of City, Meishan City, Ziyang City, Aba Prefecture, Ganzi Prefecture, and Liangshan Prefecture immediately organized the inspection and disposal, supervised the food production enterprises to check the flow of products, and took measures such as removing unqualified products from the shelves to control risks; for violations of laws and regulations Acts shall be dealt with strictly in accordance with the law; the risk prevention and control measures taken by the enterprise and the verification and handling conditions shall be disclosed to the public in a timely manner
