In order to implement the requirements of the Drug Administration Law of the People's Republic of China and the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Online Drug Sales and ensure the safety of public drug use, the State Medical Products Administration has organized and formulated the List of Prohibitions on Online Sales of Drugs (First Edition), which is hereby issued and will come into force
on December 1, 2022.
