    Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), including Crohn's disease (CD) and ulcerative colitis (UC), is a chronic gastrointestinal disease of unknown etiology, and there is evidence that its increased incidence is associated with dietary changes, such as increased intake of fat, sugar, food additives, and low fiber intake


     

     

    The cohort study included 121,490 participants from the UK Biobank, and all patients were enrolled without an IBD diagnosis


     

     

     

    The findings show that a total of 510 cases of IBD (143 cases of Crohn's disease (CD) and 367 cases of ulcerative colitis (UC))


     

     

    This study confirmed an association
