The National Key Laboratory of organic geochemistry provides open fund for visiting researchers Based on the combination of top-level design and classification guidance, it attracts domestic and foreign scientific researchers to carry out high-level research work, aiming to promote the internationalization and diversity of academic ideas and personnel, produce high-level research results, and cultivate scientific research talents Based on the principles of classified release, orientation and free exploration, open topics can be divided into four categories: general topics oriented, international cooperation oriented, large platform oriented and Sino British Joint Center for environmental science In the exploration and development of energy and mineral resources such as oil, natural gas and coal, the rational utilization of marine and lake resources, the understanding of the global change law, the monitoring and treatment of environmental pollution and other aspects, relevant basic data and preliminary understanding are obtained to promote the development of organic geochemistry in China The fund of the open fund comes from the special fund of National Key Laboratory allocated by the Ministry of science and technology Research direction and content 1 Funding direction of conventional projects (1) deep source rock development and hydrocarbon generation and accumulation evolution (2) unconventional oil and Gas Geochemistry (3) environmental fate, human exposure and health risk of new organic pollutants (4) atmospheric environmental chemistry and regional air quality improvement principle (5) Based on the cutting-edge scientific issues of organic geochemistry development, the international cooperation project (only for the application of foreign personnel) promotes the substantive cooperation and exchange of foreign researchers to our laboratory, and improves the internationalization level of the laboratory (1) The cooperation project of countries along the "maritime Silk Road" (2) the cooperation project of foreign high-level scientists and young scholars (3) the special project of large-scale and ultra large instruments and equipment focuses on the hot scientific issues of organic geochemistry This year, it focuses on supporting the open cooperation research based on the following three types of large instrument platforms (see: http://www.sklog-1.cn/bigmachine/) The applicant shall emphasize the scientific significance and innovation of the proposed research work, and preliminarily design the use scheme of large platform (including machine hour, sample number, etc.) (1) Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry (FT-ICR-MS) (2) large smog chamber (3) special accelerator mass spectrometry for carbon 14 (14C-AMS) 4, "China UK Environmental Science Research Center" (Jie) special project (only for British personnel included in China UK center to apply, four projects are funded this year) "China UK Environmental Science Research Center" (Jie) is an international joint laboratory jointly established by Guangzhou Institute of Geosciences, South China Agricultural University and Lancaster University The purpose of this project is to achieve high-level cooperative scientific research results and ensure the sustainable development of the Jie center Our priority funding includes: (1) principles and technical basis of polluted soil remediation; (2) principles of water environment chemical pollution and its control; (3) organic biogeochemistry of tropical subtropical terrestrial ecosystem Fund application 1 The topic selection of the open fund project must conform to the research direction and recent research content of our office (see research direction and research content) 2 Applicants must carefully fill in the application form of NSFC (download address: http://www.sklog-1.cn/download/) Non senior title applicants need to be recommended by senior title researchers The doctoral candidate's individual application must be recommended by the tutor The open fund encourages young talents to apply Under the same conditions, priority will be given to young researchers Unless the application of senior scientific researchers is distinctive and innovative, it is generally not supported (except for international cooperation projects) 3、 The research period is 1-2 years 4 The support intensity of open fund is no more than 50000 yuan for each subject, which is mainly used for the analysis and test fee and laboratory use fee of the Fund subject (the sum of the two items should be more than 80% of the total fund of open subject); the round-trip travel expenses and accommodation expenses of guest researchers to the room should not exceed 20% of the total fund The international cooperation project funds are mainly used to pay for the international travel expenses of overseas researchers to our office The applicant must match other related expenses (such as field sampling, reagents, consumables, etc.) 5 The experimental design of the applicant shall be based on the existing experimental system of the laboratory, and the laboratory does not encourage the applicant to propose the analysis and test methods or other experimental processes that the laboratory does not have the experimental conditions at present In principle, the establishment of analytical methods will not be regarded as the scope of funding 6 After the project application is completed, the applicant shall sign on the application, with the consent of the unit and the official seal of the unit, and send it to our office in duplicate 7 Guest researchers are welcome to come to our lab with their own funds to carry out research work Our lab will provide convenience in terms of experimental conditions and equipment Acceptance time of Open Fund: the deadline for the application of this year's open fund project is February 10, 2018 (subject to the time when the application is received) The start time of this year's project is April 1, 2018 The examination and approval Laboratory of the fund will conduct preliminary examination on the application form, and will not grant any subsidy in case of the following circumstances: 1 The applicant is a fixed researcher of the office; 2 The application procedure is incomplete, and the application form is not filled in in accordance with the regulations; 3 The applicant does not have the research ability and work basis; 4 The laboratory does not have an experimental platform for the experimental process design proposed by the applicant, or most of the experimental analysis and test projects need to be completed by sending samples out; 5 The research content does not meet the scope of funding, or is duplicate with the existing research direction of the laboratory; 6 There is a clear lack of project approval basis, or the research method and technical route are not clearly described, and the preliminary examination cannot be carried out; 7 The application funds are too much and there is no matching of funds from other sources, so the expected objectives cannot be achieved; 8 The proportion of project expenditures in the budget is obviously unreasonable; 9 The applicant does not implement the relevant provisions of project management for the previous funded project, or does not seriously carry out research work, and has not achieved any research results For the application approved in the preliminary examination, the academic committee of the office shall organize the review experts with academic achievements in relevant fields to put forward review opinions on the topic selection, feasibility of the research scheme, the applicant's ability to engage in experimental analysis and complete the subject, rationality of the budget, etc., and then it shall come into effect upon the approval of the director of the laboratory When the academic committee is not in session, for some applications with obvious innovative ideas, the office director may invite 3-55 review experts to conduct a written review, and report the review results to all academic members The office will formally inform the applicant and his unit of the evaluation results of the applied subject The winner of the working style and research conditions fund will become the guest researcher of this room During the implementation of the project, the person in charge of the project must have a certain time to work in the laboratory every year to complete the research task of the project design The laboratory will identify a contact person for each subject The analysis and test shall be completed in this room according to the work schedule If the project needs to send samples for analysis, the expenses shall be paid by the matching funds of the unit where the guest is located The financial department of Guangzhou Institute of geochemistry shall be responsible for the supervision of the fund and project management support fund, which shall be approved at one time, established separately, accounted separately and used exclusively Within the scope of the financial system, the project undertaker has the right to use the funds in accordance with the work plan In principle, the management and use of self raised funds are the same as that of the funds funded by our office, and the surplus funds shall be returned to the funding unit After receiving the approval notice, the fund applicant shall fill in the work plan form within one month according to the approved amount, research period and review comments, and submit it to the office for approval before starting the project work From the date of opening, the person in charge of the project shall submit a report on the progress of work and the use of funds to the office every six months At the end of the project, the researcher shall submit all the original data, analysis data, maps, research reports, academic papers and work summaries to the lab within one month The director of the laboratory shall have the right to check the progress of the research and the use of the funds, and the funding will be suspended under the following circumstances 1 Failure to carry out the work as planned or submit the work plan on time within one year after approval;
