[Application] Aniline is an important organic chemical raw material and fine chemical intermediate.
More than 300 products and intermediates can be made from aniline as raw material
(1) Used in the production of isocyanate (MDI)
MDI is mainly used to make artificial leather, polyurethane soft or rigid foam plastics (mainly used for industrial insulation materials such as furniture, automobiles, construction and refrigerators)
(2) Rubber additives
In the rubber industry, it is mainly used for the production of antioxidants such as RD, 4010-NA, accelerators such as M, DM, etc.
(3) Dyestuffs, medicines, pesticides, etc.
The amount of aniline consumed in the dye industry mainly includes dyes and basic dyes, and the varieties include indigo, N,N-dimethylaniline chromol AS, hydroquinone and so on
(4) Other aspects
Aniline N-alkyl derivatives are used as leaded gasoline explosion-proof agents, and aniline salts can be used as engine fuel additives to prevent gasification gas from freezing and rust prevention.
