Precautions for installation of stainless steel bag filter bag: 1 Take out new filter bag and seal the new filter bag in the carton Unused filter bag must be re packed into plastic bag to prevent dust pollution 2 Turn off the power supply and stop the pump Turn off the inlet and outlet valves (for the users who have used the filter bag) 3 Release the internal pressure of the stainless steel bag filter For safety, the nozzle of the exhaust valve will rush to a safe place Open the exhaust valve to slowly reduce the filter pressure (for the user who has used the filter bag) 4 Open the cover after the pressure of the filter drum drops to zero Take out the used filter bag (for users who have used filter bags) 5 The edge of the filter shall be cleaned 6 Check the arc degree and edge of the basket The contact surface between the upper edge of the basket and the filter drum must be flat If there is no basket or the basket is installed incorrectly, it will cause filter failure 7 The bag filter shall be installed with a new filter bag The filter bag must be inserted into the basket, and the sealing ring of the filter bag must be correctly installed in the sealing groove 8 Check the gasket and select the gasket that is compatible with the fluid Close the cover, paying special attention that when closing the filter cover, the gasket is not twisted or out of the groove, and tighten the ring nut clockwise 9 Close the exhaust valve and open the pump switch Open the inlet valve and slowly open the valve to see if there is leakage In case of leakage, close the inlet valve immediately and open the outlet valve from the beginning
