    Objective: Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a progressive disease comprising four stages in which the gut microbiome is associated with pathogenesis


    Methods: We investigated the fecal metagenome and plasma metabolome of 76 RA patients, 19 osteoarthritis patients, and 27 healthy individuals classified into four stages (stages I-IV) based on the 2010 RA classification criteria
