The problems found in the test mainly focus on "incomplete sign information, easy copying of IC cards, poor circuit reliability, no tamper-proof alarm function, poor image recognition function security, and poor information security"

In the spirit of promoting the improvement of product quality and guaranteeing the rights and interests of consumers to the greatest extent, based on the feedback of the results of the comparison test to the enterprises, in April 2021, the Beijing Consumers Association organized an interview with enterprises for the comparison and test of smart door locks in Beijing.

During the retesting process, seven companies including Xijian, Meisuo, Hisense, Heilong, Samsung, Xiaoyan Smart, and Dinggu stated that the door locks of the models involved in the first test would no longer be produced, and promised in writing that the door locks produced in subsequent production would be R&D and production are carried out in strict accordance with the standards, and the safety of consumers and the quality of door locks are put first
