    Houston – October 11, 2019 – Ascend Performance Materials, the world’s leading producer of a large, integrated PA66 product line, will be showcasing its new grades of Vydyne® PA66 at K 2019 for use in cable ties and Fasteners, films and electrical and electronic fiel.


    Vydyne ThermaPlus™ is a new high heat resistant PA66 specially tailored for cable ties and fasteners in long-term high temperature working environmen.


     

     

    Auto parts manufacturers can use their existing PA66 processing equipment to process Vydyne's ThermaPlus material to make cable ties and fasteners for engine perimeter applications without compromising their productivi.

    Ascend will also introduce a new line of PA66 copolymer resins for membran.

    Vydyne's line of PTR resins is available in 11 grades and can be used in applications such as food, heat-resistant and industrial packaging, depending on the nee.


    In addition, Ascend will introduce a new product portfolio within the currently popular Panduit ECO product line, primarily for electrical and electronic applicatio.
