    (6) Interference elimination

    (1) The mass concentration of potassium, sodium and magnesium in the sample is 500mg/L, chromium is 10mg/L, manganese is 25mg/L, iron and zinc are 2.

    (2) When the mass concentration of calcium in the sample is greater than 5mg/L, it will interfere with the determination of barium

    (3) When the sample matrix composition is complex or unknown, the sample dilution method or standard addition method should be used to check whether the sample should be directly quantified by the calibration curve method

    (7) Calculation and expression of results

    For solid waste leachate, when the measurement result is less than 100ug/L, keep one decimal place; when the measurement result is greater than or equal to 100ug/L, keep three significant digits

    For solid waste, when the measurement result is less than 1mg/kg, keep two decimal places; when the measurement result is greater than or equal to 1mg/kg, keep three significant digits

    1.

    The mass concentration p (pg/L) of barium in the solid waste leachate is calculated according to formula (1)

    Where P 1 -the mass concentration of total barium in the test solution is found from the calibration curve, pg/L;

    P 0 —The mass concentration of total barium in the blank solution, ug/L;

    V 1 ——The constant volume of the leaching solution after digestion, mL;

    V 2 ——The volume of the leaching solution taken during digestion, mL;

    f——dilution factor

    2.

    The total barium content w (mg/kg) in solid waste is calculated according to formula (2)

    In the formula, P 1 -the mass concentration of total barium in the test solution obtained from the calibration curve, ug/L;

    P 0 —The mass concentration of total barium in the blank solution, ug/L;

    V 0 — constant volume after digestion, mL;

    m—weigh the mass of the solid sample, g;

    H—The mass fraction of the substance in the sample, %;

    f—dilution factor

    (8) Quality assurance and quality control

    (1) Make at least 2 laboratory blanks for each batch of samples, and the measurement results should be lower than the lower limit of measurement

    (2) For each batch of samples, a calibration curve is required, and the linear fitting curve is used for calibration, and the correlation coefficient should be greater than 0.

    (3) Each batch of samples should be tested in parallel at least at a ratio of 10%.

    (4) After every 10 samples are measured and the analysis is over, a calibration blank and a standard point in the middle of the calibration curve should be measured to ensure that the change in the measured value of the standard point does not exceed 10%

    (9) Matters needing attention

    (1) Barium is a high-temperature element.

    (2) The glassware used in the experiment needs to be washed with detergent first, then soaked in nitric acid solution for 24h, and then washed with tap water and experimental water in turn before use
    .
    For new utensils, the corresponding blank inspection should be done before use .

    (3) Blank check should be done for all reagents
    .
    The same batch of reagents should be used to prepare standard solutions and samples
    .

    (4) In order to reduce the influence of matrix interference, the background correction mode must be turned on during analysis
    .

    (5) Since the sample to be tested is solid waste, the excess unanalyzed sample should be recycled as solid waste
    .
