    Recently, according to documents filed by the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), Thai company B.
    Grimm Power has signed a power purchase agreement
    with Vietnamese utility EVN for a 257 MW solar project.

    Located in the southeastern province of Phu Yen, the Hoa Hoi project will receive a feed-in tariff (FiT) of 9.
    35 cents per kWh for 20 years
    .

    The scheduled commissioning date of the project is expected to be before
    June 30, 2019.

    Grimm purchased an 80% stake
    in the 257MW solar project from Truong Thanh Viet Nam Group (TTVN) through its subsidiary B.
    Grimm Renewable Power 2 Limited.

    In September, B.
    Grimm Power also signed a power purchase agreement with EVN for its 420MW solar project in Xining, Vietnam, which could be the largest solar project
    in Southeast Asia.
