On March 16, after the feasibility study report of the project was approved by Sinopec, the leaders of Baling Petrochemical Company organized several on-site special meetings, and arranged to promote the project design according to the progress goal of "starting test pile test and compaction on April 30" , project administrative licensing, implementation of boundary conditions, preparation for test pile test compaction,
etc.
At the beginning of this year, the company formally established the caprolactam industry chain relocation and upgrading project department.
The project department conducted several docking consultations with the Yunxi Project Construction Coordination Headquarters on the spot leveling construction.
Every day, project management personnel and supervisors were dispatched to participate in the field leveling quality management.
Field leveling the quality supervision daily; according to the progress requirements of the project test pile test compaction on April 30, the "4.
30" test pile test compaction work board, construction plan, and temporary facility supporting plan were prepared; strengthened communication with relevant local government departments to implement the test.
