On January 4, the production line of Baling Petrochemical Company's 30,000 tons/year dissolved polystyrene-butadiene rubber plant produced iron-branched butadiene rubber
.
The creation, synthesis and application technology of this product are jointly developed by Qingdao Institute of Energy of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Baling Petrochemical, Linglong Tire, Sen Kirin Tire, Haohua Tire and other enterprises, and realize the 100-ton batch polymerization and continuous polymerization pilot amplification test
of iron branched butadiene rubber.
The anti-slip resistance of iron-branched butadiene rubber tires manufactured by this technology reaches the EU standard Class A, which can shorten the braking distance of cars and improve the safety
of transportation.
