Baling Petrochemical's SBC project with an annual output of 170,000 tons starts

Recently, one of Baling Petrochemical’s "Out of Baling Development Baling" project, the 170,000 tons of styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer (SBC) project invested by Hainan Baling Petrochemical New Materials Co.

In January this year, Sinopec approved and agreed that Baling Petrochemical and Hainan Refining & Chemical will jointly invest in the construction of a styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer (Yangpu) project with an annual output of 170,000 tons based on a 50%:50% equity ratio

It is understood that the project adopts Baling Petrochemical’s SBS and SEBS complete sets of technologies with independent intellectual property rights (won the first and second prizes of the National Science and Technology Progress Award respectively) to build a production device with an annual output of 170,000 tons of styrene-based thermoplastic elastomers.
