    Bangladesh launched tender for 100 MW grid-connected solar project

    The Bangladesh Electricity Development Board has issued a notice to select sponsors (companies that will finance and develop the project) to implement two grid-connected solar projects
    with a capacity of 50 MW.

    These projects will be developed for 20 years on the basis of construction, ownership and operation (BOT model) and must be developed
    at the Chuadanga 132/33 kV and Netrokona (Netrokona District) 132/33 substations as required.

    Interested bidders should submit a statement of eligibility, commercial, technical and tax rate proposals by August 7
    , 2019.
    At the same time, the bidder should also provide a bid bond
    of $250,000.
    Bidders may submit only one bid
    , either individually or as a member of a consortium.
