Recently, BASF announced that its wholly-owned production base in Nanjing, China will increase the production capacity of advanced additives.

Dana, vice president of global business management for BASF's functional additives and formulation additives, said: "The demand for additives in the Asia-Pacific region is growing rapidly.

Ke Diwen, President and Chairman of BASF Greater China, said: "This expansion demonstrates our commitment to further enhance local production and ensure that we respond quickly to the growing market demand.

BASF's Nanjing site has been in operation since 2013 , producing additives for customers in Asia.
The base has achieved zero discharge of waste water, and the discharge of waste gas is also in line with domestic environmental protection requirements.
