basic medical and health services refer to the services of disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, nursing and rehabilitation provided by suitable drugs, technologies and equipment, which are necessary for the maintenance of human health, adapt to the level of economic and social development, and can be obtained fairly by citizens Basic medical and health services include basic public
