    Parkinson's disease (PD) is a neurodegenerative disease characterized by motor and non-motor symptoms.


    The results of upper extremity exercises have been recorded using a variety of paradigms and evaluation models to explore pathological models in Parkinson's disease.


    The purpose of this article is to explore the relationship between EEG alpha and low/high-beta band power and exercise results in a padless finger tap task, and compare it between a group of Parkinson’s disease participants and a group of healthy controls These measurements.

    Each participant completed all data recording in an experiment that lasted about 60 minutes.


    Compared with Parkinson's disease participants, the healthy group showed greater imbalance in exercise-related frequencies (alpha and beta band frequencies) during the task.

    In this study, two groups of Parkinson's disease patients and healthy controls were taken as the research objects.


    The findings of this article help to better understand the mechanism of impaired interaction between motor function and motor output in the cerebral cortex of Parkinson's disease patients.
