The performance appraisal index system of the second-level public hospitals in Western medicine consists of four dimensions and 28 indicators of medical quality, operating efficiency, sustainable development and innovation, satisfaction evaluation, and the performance appraisal of secondary public hospitals in Chinese medicine shall implement the relevant appraisal program of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
